Swearing-in Day in Bienville Parish

I was also honored to attend the swearing-in ceremony of another good man, Eddie Holmes, as the new Clerk of Court in Bienville Parish. Part of the ceremony was to acknowledge the contributions and public service of Jim Martin, the out-going Clerk of Court who served in the Bienville Parish Clerk’s office for 34 years.
